Donor Terms of Service

As a donor participating in Saint Vincent College Crowdfunding, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including my personal roles and responsibilities.

1. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made through Saint Vincent College Crowdfunding.

2. I understand that GiveGab retains a 3.5% campaign management fee from all donations. Credit Card processing fees are an additional 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). ACH processing fees are an additional $3.00 flat fee.

3. I understand that donors are given the option to cover fees and if I choose this option, 100% of my online charitable gift will go to the receiving organization.

4. I understand that any donations processed outside the Saint Vincent College Crowdfunding donation period, through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations are subject to transaction fees outlined on the GiveGab.com pricing page: http://info.givegab.com/pricing.

5. I understand that Saint Vincent College is a non-profit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code. I understand that my donations to Saint Vincent College are tax deductible by law and that no material goods or services have been exchanged for my contributions.
